I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

page content is now displaying below sidebar, all areas

chrome : Version 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: UBUNTU



EDIT: same with torntools off and in incognito

Same thing happening to me as well. If you resize your browser to mobile display ratio, the layout will change to Mobile Layout and there will be no issue. Perhaps, they accidentally edit some part of CSS Layout when issuing new patch.

Same here. With or without addons.

Someone done goofed the CSS. If 'float: left;' is added back to #sidebarroot its fixed. It seems its missing now.
