according to this guide: https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=61&t=16142480&b=0&a=0
we need to "whore" one stat and "forget" one of the four
I chose to whore strength at the cost of not training speed, my problem is now I missing a lot of attacks, would it be wise to keep growing like this? Later I would not be able to hit anyone with high dexterity

i would recommend to do speed and strenge at all time if you wanna do leave def or dex is up to you or training them all.
if you dont have STR you will do 0 dmg, if you have 0 speed you will never hit the enemy.
hope this help a little bit

EDIT:
Read this 2 guides they should help you as well.

First of all, clicky

Secondly, I'm not convinced that guide is great advice, I like getting every stat to at least 50m to bump you above the basic exponential gains formula, though 100m for the merit is better imo - as you unlock gyms if you train with the best dots (gym stats) and up your lowest stats in the gyms with equal dots, you'll roughly hit 50m/stat by the time special gyms are unlocked anyway - which is the main advantage of imbalanced stats

Once you hit that soft cap of 50m that's when you should start worrying about ratios and the like, and typically what's best to keep you relevant is to choose one defensive stat (def, dex) to whore while forgetting the other side, as forgetting one offensive stat will leave you lacking in most fights of a similar weight class (either you'll never hit, or you won't do enough damage to win in 25 turns, which while funny is not very effective :P)

Once you hit billions in your stats and have decent income to blow, you can adapt your loadout to further amplify the stat of choice you whore - a sentinal armour set+wither weapon for def whores, or a delta armour set + slow weapon for dex whores (as an example, but loadout choice is something well beyond the scope of where you're at now, for now just borrow an Arma, dbk and combat set from your facs armoury and call it a day lol)

If you want to whore strength (or speed), you need to use Baldr’s ratio, not Hank’s, because those just don’t work for that. Hank’s ratio only works for whoring def or dex.

If I were to restart I’d completely leave either def or dex behind until I got the Happiness is Bliss book and enough FHCs to maximize it. Yes, you’ll want to get all of your stats up to 50m and later 1b for the merits, but leaving either def or dex behind until you get that book is fine.

There’s also no point in worrying about the ratios (other than leaving def or dex untouched) until you’re close to being able to buy a special gym.

Edit: once you get to 1-3b in each stat or more you can consider purely whoring one, but (after unlocking special gyms and) before then you’re going to want at to stick to Baldr’s or Hank’s ratio.

Whoring is an endgame build. If you'd like to do a 3 stat build until you get there, that's fine, just know that you're going to be extremely easy to beat for the next few years.

One is SSL, the gym with the best training DOTs in all 4 stats, but you're limited to 150 xan/xtc to keep it open.

The other is the Gym that Shall not be Named. S**** L*** has forbidden all mentions of its namesake.
