Hello and welcome to Torn.
You've got yourself a starter job, good. Advance up the ranks to the highest tier, then quit and do it again at the principal's job or education or whatever the f**k it's called. You want to do that one next/ASAP. Trust me. After that, I'd do the grocery store/grocer/cashier/whatever that one's called, and accrue job points to steal cans to then have a trusted trader/friend sell for you to acquire monies.
While you do all this, you want to be training in the gym, immediately switch to Crimes 2.0 and begin using your nerve to search for cash, and finding guides to level (by attacking people once you've trained up enough). Your goal is to hit level 15.
