Iirc mun had a better roi than tci
tci is never really worth it but deadringers said it best so I’ll post that here;
A Word on TCI:Should you get the TCI stock that provides aditional interest rate?
In a word,
no.
- TCI has an ROI of about 10%, therefore it'll take roughly 10 years of holding it and constant bank investments to pay itself off.
- Sure if you're playing for 11 years, it'll be "worth it" but honestly you'd be better off buying a Max PI with a bit extra and renting that out - more on that later.
- You CAN min/max it by buying this block 7 days before an investment, and then selling after doing bank investment....but if you have an unlucky sale/buy price you could be out 10s of m which would negate the gains made from it.
- That also means you either have to have 1.3B spare, or sell something to buy it, and then sell again.
Either way - seems like a lot of effort but up to you.
