When do you think "late game" begins?

Is it something you reach, is it when you feel like you're "done" improving your account?

Is "late game" determined by how others see you, or is it when you're close to 100% Torn Completion™?

It's a long poll, but I wanna know what you use to define "late" in this "game". Check a box if you'd use that type of thing as a metric, don't check "(can be below)" if you aren't using that thing to judge your account.

I want to say the beauty of torn is you never really reach an endpoint, but thinking about it yeah there definitely is a late game, where the amount of things you can work towards really does slow down.

I guess my best way of knowing if your in late game or not is based on your ability to do something at your will. Basically if you can do almost anything you want whenever you want I'd say you've hit the late game and have more abstract goals to be working towards rather then just stuff like stats, money, crimes etc.

Once you can comfortably buy anything you'd need, have a good daily income, take down almost anyone you want etc you've basically progressed through the lower and mid stages which were essentially stat building. Now you can go off and do harder things you were never able to like get and run a high respect faction, start a chain of companies, shit post on the forums (this ones always possible), or just create your own goals to work towards

I think 25k+ crimes total, lvl50+ total, 400m stats total or at least 100m on each

25b total in NW, so you can sustain yourself etc etc

Level holders could be at 10b stats and I would still not consider them “end tier” since they can get 1 tapped lol so idk, I think you’d need a mix of these things to be considered weathered in the game

Also, as we see with lots of nubs, just having play time is not enough - I see 5-6k day players who barely play, have little stats, sitting in small clans > I don’t consider them end-tier players just because of the time as an account existing either here, though that’s part of it too (a day 200 may know as much as a day 400, but they still won’t know end tier shit)

After taking each part into consideration, then yeah I would consider everyone with a certain amount of playtime and skill as “end-tier” even if they don’t play 24/7 anymore but meet the other criteria

Late game for me personally is when you are top 10-20 Battlestats and the pool of people to even bother competing and playing the game for is reduced to maybe 5-10 people, fortunately competitiveness has increased in SE pool and RWs and other factors make the game slightly more engaging in this stage, especially with exponential gains! But definitely game gets super boring when there is only a few ppl you cannot beat

Early Game - Below lvl50, below 60 NNB, below old stat cap(50m)
Mid Game - Below lvl100, 60 NNB, above stat cap, but below SE point(3b)
End Game - lvl100, 65 NNB/PA lead, at least one stat into SE zone

For me end game begins when you are tired of clicking gym button to see numbers go up, don't care about which book you'll read and go out there to have some fun with your energy instead.

This point is different for everyone and some players never reach it.
