Hypothetical Scenario: Ched has allowed you to create a god weapon. This means, any base, any rarity, and any bonus. The only requirements are that 1. You cannot decide the damage or accuracy of the base weapon, it will just be random inside the possible range, and 2. The bonus must be inside the range that is obtainable (So no 100% revits). The goal is to make the most expensive weapon possible.
I said that a 24% revit, 4% smurf, armalite would be the most expensive, and my friend said that said a 35% warlord, 23% demoralize, GAK would be the most expensive.
Any RW traders want to come in here and make me look stupid?
EDIT: Apparently if the frying pan had this combination of perks, it catapults to the top damaging weapon in the game. Simulated as 4b balanced v 4b balanced, taking least turns to kill.
If you can ignore the fact that some bonuses aren't available on specific weapons, then an arma with revit + stricken would technically be the most valuable weapon, with revit on the red level bonus and stricken on orange. This is from a purely value perspective.
Utility bonuses are worth more than damage bonuses except on rifles, but currently revits are priced above the rest. Value wise, a 24% revit on even a crappy base smg would be worth more than the best single bonus rifle possible, so a maxed out red pen arma or something.
That being said, if you base things purely off value and use that as a metric for a perfect weapon, most of the times that won't be the 'perfect weapon' as it's pretty subjective. The perfect weapon for me would be a sure shot + deadeye enfield, but I'm sure many others would disagree.
Warlord/Revit should be the right answer. Anything that can make chains efficient will have a inherit amount of value. Throw it in the armory and your chain becomes massively more efficient on a cost per E to Respect ratio.
