Full Body armour 60k WWII helmet 71k Safety boots 58k Unfortunately there are no options for pants or gloves apart from leather which is dirt cheap but crap! However hand damage is minimal! The 3 above you will see people selling high quality pieces for the base price, but if you don't want to waste time checking the market, obviously you can check my bazaar out where I do have better quality at a little above market value!(apologies for advertising).
I would hope that a decent faction would at least supply even low quality combat armour sets, its really not that expensive!
Weapons! As someone mentioned above, you can't go wrong with macana (80k) and Enfield (200k). Obviously if the Enfield too expensive ? then an ak47 or M16 A2 will do, both of which again you can find decent quality in the item market!

He's 82 days old, if he's been doing search for cash he can succeed at shoplifting Big Al's. I gain 200 or so special ammo from that most days by hitting it 2 or 3 times when cameras and guards are off.
personally, you're going to be better served by using melee till at very least you have maths done. don't use an arma. they have terrible RoF and their damage drops off so fast as you're reloading every three turns. So this "end goal of arma" No it's really not anymore.
Decent DBK/Manaca/Kodachi/Metal Chucks will do you for a long time.
If you go Kodachi/Yak you can also get +10% damage from history.
Armour, Combat gloves,boots,pants. Full Body armour. Motohelm (expensive but this is your long term goal)

Yes I'd agree that Macana is his best bet for a melee! However, if he wants a rifle, then something like Enfield us best option!
You've started comparing weapons to a GAK, and calling them useless! Yes, every weapon available to this 83 day year old account is going to be useless compared to a GAK!
Using a weapon is NOT all about damage! For many using a high damage/low accuaracy weapon would be pointless! They could possibly not hit the barn, let alone the barn door!
Also if they are not doing actual RW hits, but building chain, its worth them using other weapons to get those finishing hit merits!
TLDR It's not all about damage and your examples of alternatives to an Enfield are ridiculous for a 83 day old account!
0% qual arma is better than 0% qual DBK but like you and the other guy mention not if you reload. I would still suggest that people dont spend money on an arma and instead save money and mission points for a decent rw primary and melee and MAYBE a stat boosting/reducing secondary
I was comparing everything to DBK/macana (macana is only .04% worse than dbk at 0% qual), i was saying that enfield (unless using special ammo is hould have specified) is always worse than dbk or macana (making it effectively useless UNLESS USING SPECIAL AMMO). I only brought up the GAK to say it is the ONLY non melee that out performs macana/DBK if you are reloading. I am not saying anything that isnt a GAK is useless (if you can afford a gak you can probably afford a red ARMA). I think maybe you misread what I was saying or possibly I worded it wrong.
What I was meaning to say is that a mag7 does the same damage output or better (damage*accuracy) for way less money! either way unless you are running special ammo BOTH are worse than a simple macana. When I was saying damage output i meant damage*accuracy not just damage alone, apologies for the confusion. Is it an exaggeration to say, "the enfield is useless" yeah probably. but I wouldnt suggest people to buy one either way.
Finishing merits can usually be done with a cheap gun but if you want the meta for those I suppose Enfield is the best bang for your buck rifle. But he was asking over all best loadout and I didnt figure I should consider best in class of every weapon type. I can give my thoughts on that if yo think its helpful tho.
I did not suggest an alternative the the enfield, or at least i did not mean to. My opinion is that you just shouldn't get a primary until you can afford a RW and ideally can get speacial ammo for it too. Special ammo WILL make a 0% enfield a better damage dealer (damage*accuracy) than dbk even with reloads. If OP wants to spend special ammo to get that edge i suppose he is will within his rights but he SHOULD NOT use an enfield unless he is using a rw, special ammo. or merit hunting imo.
He is an 83 day old account so the only one of these i see him doing is merit hunting and as i said I was not taking that into consideration.
thats cool, didnt realize ammo drops were so consistent from there. personally i am trying to 100 cs all these crimes rn. I still dont think trying to get a starter build predicated on special ammo is a good idea but an enfield with incin ammo DOES have better damage output/turn than a dbk even with reloads and is a tactic op can use if he thinks the use of incing ammo will give him a needed edge

I mean its diffrent if your in a catchefarm/RW faction(doing it every week) or other type of faction but i’ve been doing ok whit SIG552 and FBA and random scrap armor that i’ve got my paws on

If you don't know what's going on, it's easy to write a page filled with meaningless numbers. You're accomplishing nothing that hasn't been done far better by people who actually know what they're talking about.

tbh like 90% of guns and melee would be good cause at lower stats it doesn't rly matter much for farming to lvl15, then happy jumping doesn't rly use any weapons/armor etc. so most of this is mute
also, faction leader is rly big and has multiple revenue sources, so he should be able to help him either way
I literally specifically talked about reloads, linked to a mod forum as the knowledge is out there and talked about accuracy. Did not feel the need to mention education or jobs as I was discussing how to calculate a weapons effectiveness not describing LITERALLY every damage/accuracy boost in game.

Obviously saw that faction leader was LtJelloman, ex leader of a NS faction. Youd expect a well stocked armoury and advice to be plentiful but maybe OP is in different timezone to him!
