10% expose means with education/merits/mods it will have 35% chance to hit a crit when hitting. (28% headshot, 3.5% throat and 3.5% heart). Check file Crits public made by me.
Puncture make those higher defence RW armor useless and doing max damage.
Has same damage output as a gak
