    Can you provide a screenshot of the browser's console page (Ctrl+Shift+I)? You need to check for errors after clicking the Items panel and the description section not opening up.

I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.                                                                                                                                                         okay where do I start I texted four staff members before I do this they gave me good opinions to delete torntols and to reinstall it and it still is doing this problem it's when I go and click on an item information it does the animation dot dot dot dot dot dot dot and then it stops                        I even tried to go into a incognito tab and it still does the same thing

Can you please confirm what device you are using (mobile/desktop), your current browser and OS?

Do you have graphics acceleration enabled in the browser settings?

Hey, I have this exact same issue too and am using Win 10 on Edge. I also use torn tools. It is NOT torn tools related. It appears to be a webgl2 issue and the only way to fix it for me is to either use Firefox as a browser or go into settings on Edge and turn OFF graphics acceleration. This clears up the problem but is sort of a pain to do every time I log in. Everything worked fine until like 4 days ago so unsure if it is on the torn side or what. 

 

Again, the fix for now in Edge at least is to go into system settings and disable Graphics Acceleration.

I am using Microsoft Edge Version 127.0.2651.86 (Official build) (64-bit)

 

Thanks for trying to help us here. Item info displays are still bugged when clicked while using Edge if I leave graphics acceleration on. 

 

I should mention too for some odd reason that Clothing and Jewlery and Armor categories ARE working, and a few Supply Packs work too. For me, Box of Medical Supplies, Goodie Bag, Lottery Voucher, Six-Pack of Alcohol, Six-Pack of Energy Drink, and Stash Box will work but billfolds, coin purses, card holders, old wallets and clutches do not work. Besides these I mentioned. All other categories and items will not load when clicked. I am using torn tools. (Tried with it disabled and the problem persisted)
