What gets you banned?

can you talk about religion?

 Its in a business interest to only allow the liberal ideas and only allow politics that tiptoe around everyone. so i wanted to know if its forbidden to share other ideas.

If you went from no warnings to being immediately banned, you'd probably deserve it. 

It's pretty simple. 

No terrorist rhetoric

No harassment

No doxing 

No hacking

etc

In regards to the discrimination violation, that's usually determined by someone's opinion. A reasonable debate can cause offence. If someone chooses to be offended is that grounds for a ban? 

There's no clear threshold. 

Not really, as it isn't a matter of offence. It's more about blanket statements of hatred. 

But yes, there are occurrences where people's content gets removed and warnings are issued because it struck a nerve in the particular mod who happened to see the report. 

You probably won't be banned though unless what you said is particularly heinous

I wouldn’t suggest pointing out any negative aspects of Islam, even factual and with citations. Everything else seems to be the Wild West. 

If you get wrapped up and appeal, the original ruling will stand no matter how wild it may be.

I see there is no rule against taking on Stalinist ideology, which leads me to believe communist ideology is preferred here. 

I mean you can take on pretty much any ideology you want, it really just comes down to the specific things you say. There's loads of communists in this game (Lenin is probably the most well known one). There's also a lot of people supporting the terrorists Hamas in this game, which is fine with the mods as long as you don't start spreading terrorist rhetoric or wishing death on Jews. Proxima just got a warning for lamenting over the death of the terrorist leader Yahya Sinwar (also known as the Butcher of Khan Yunis) and issuing indirect threats against Jews

I wouldn't dare question the religion of peace. I prefer grovel in submission, when the ideology is forced in my face. 

Try not to peado-jacket other users as well. 

A surprising number of user fall foul of that and then get surprised when they get banned or warned 

Yes. Even when they post stuff promoting it. That stuff will be allowed to remain, but you’ll get in trouble for shining the spotlight on it.

you cant talk negatively about islam. for example i once mentioned a certain prophet and his certain activity with a 6 year old. and thats not allowed.

There's definitely a line to walk when it comes to the more sensitive or inflammatory topics, but if you're actually having a good faith discussion and not just trying to disparage people, you don't really have much to worry about.

As an example, contrary to the poster above me, I've had no trouble talking about Mohammad's relationship with Aisha here, even in a critical light in contexts related to scripture or questionable cultural practices that are common in much of the Middle East, such as child marriage or its views on women. What's not okay is to use these topics to accuse all Muslims of supporting or participating in these practices or, especially so, to accuse fellow players of the same, and the same goes for other identity-based topics. 

Just have some tact, and know when to bite your tongue. It's better to err on the side of caution rather than risk your account to get banned over an argument with someone who is more concerned with getting you to stop responding so they can tell themselves they've won rather than actually engage in a discussion in good-faith. That gets really damn tiring here.

If you're going to throw out insults, keep them aimed at the ideas and reasoning rather than getting personal with the person making them. The liberals here like to goad and bait people into crossing the lines so they can run to staff and try to get someone they disagree with banned, but as long as you can keep a cool head, you'll be fine.

Nah. I’ve been stitched up (mostly by Fermion) multiple times for pointing out certain players posts in support of this activity. 

The support posts are still there though. 

Hard for me to say anything about that without the context and knowing exactly what you've said, all I can say is that has not been my experience. Is this when you were accusing, even if only by insinuation, that another player engages in or supports incest without actually knowing whether or not they did? Yea, that's crossing the line. You weren't criticizing incest, you were trying to use a question they had posted about incest to frame it as though they are in support of it.

Regardless of what you think of that, that is pretty much exactly what I was talking about.

No im talking about instances where someone overtly stated that abuse of children, child trafficking, sale of children for the purpose of forced marriage, is “a cultural norm”. 

The other thing was just pointing out what is top of mind for someone’s deep thoughts.

Several. But as pointed out above, pointing out said posts is “extreme flaming”. 

This seems a very strange assumption. Staff is sporting Ukraine flags, and this crowd tends to be very anti-Soviet.
