Amsterdam anti-Jewish Pogroms

Violent armed mobs of Arabs (not to impugn all Arabs or all Muslims, but these are unfortunately the characteristics of this violent armed mob) are hunting Jewish soccer fans in Amsterdam. The local police have done little to intervene, and it is not being picked up by many news networks.

Waiting to see how P&L's pro-Hamas crowd spins this to differentiate anti-Zionism from antisemitism. Stop pretending. We know they are one and the same.

Following the severe and violent incidents against Israelis in Amsterdam, with the direction of the political echelon, and in accordance with a situational assessment, the IDF is preparing to immediately deploy a rescue mission with the coordination of the Dutch government. 

The mission will be deployed using cargo aircraft and include medical and rescue teams. The IDF Homefront Command will lead the rescue mission with the cooperation of various IDF directorates, branches, and Israeli security authorities.

Not picking any sides here and certainly don't condone any form of violence but the news only shows one side of the story here (at least from what I saw on the news this morning)

But yesterday a lot of video's showed up on social media where Israëlic supporters tore down Palestinian flags and burned them on the Dam square and harassing cab drivers.

Just before the match started there was 1 minute of silence for Spain and the supporters made loads of noise, whistles and fireworks during the 1 minute of silence, very disrespectful imo..

When escorted away in busses after the match you can see the video's of them provoking, giving middlefingers and slamming on the windows.

Once again, I don't condone the violence on them or anything that happened in Amsterdam but there are 2 stories which they don't show on the news.

To add to this, they whistled and chanted through the planned minute silence in solidarity with Valencia ahead of kick off.

The clear video of them chanting “f**k Palestine” whilst climbing property that does not belong to them and pulling down a Palestine flag.

or the video of them decsending the steps chanting “kill the Arabs” - pretty clear that they went there with the intention of causing violence. Not uncommon in football hooliganism.

The allegedly peaceful campus pro-Intifada encampments have done worse than the Jewish soccer fans are accused of.

I mean, all people involved are responsible for their actions, and I hope everyone doing violence will get caught for this, but to see this as a one sided incident is just false.

But I do believe that football hooligans supporting Maccabi Tel Aviv travelled to Amsterdam with the intention to incite violence through anti-Arab and anti-Palestinian behaviour. And that they were met by football hooligans supporting Ajax who rose to that ask for violence.

I have never condoned hooliganism, however if you go looking for it, you’re usually going to find it. It’s part of European football culture. European football fans are incredibly territorial. If you disrespect their city, their home, it can and often does lead to violence.

It is not antisemitism, it’s football hooliganism.

Well i speak from a neutral possion. What I have seen is that hooligans from Tel Aviv had a very prevokeing behavior something that the media skips.

The night when they arrived in Amsterdam they start to chant kill the arabs. Then they attacked a taxi driver attacking taxi drivers is a bad idea if you attack 1 then you will be in a war with all the taxi driver's in the entire city but thats everywhere also here in my city. They attacked houses who had the Palestinian flag on thier window. Then on the top of that they disrespected the Dana victems in Valencia by booing during 1 minute silence thats really disgusting. If you behave like that then you can get a reaction from the locals thats not antisemitism.

If Maccabi Tel Aviv has a match to play with Valencia CF tomorrow. Then yea.. after they disrespected the Dana victems....we both know whats gonna happend and that doesnt mean that Valencia CF are antisemitic they just react on the fact that Maccabi Tel Aviv hooligans had no respect for thier people who died.

If FC Barcelona hooligans do bad behavior in London and they get a reaction we also dont say its anti catholic

However ofc I do believe there are people among the attackers from yesterday that indeed hate israeli people which is very wrong. But the behave of Tel aviv hooligans has put oil on fire. Some probably are not even from Amsterdam and came from a ohter city to look for a fight.

Its also important to note that not all Maccabi Tel Aviv fans are hooligans there are also Maccabi Tel Aviv fans who came to support thier team and behave them self great and even rejected the behavior of the hooligans but this fans are victem of hate and got attacked too and that makes it so sad this is what hate is put everyone on the same pile. f**k you for who you are. Do you think you lessen the importance of words like Pogrom when you use it to describe a few hooligans getting beaten up after they had been caught destroying properly, assaulting locals, singing about murdering Palestinian children , supporting genocide and booing a minute silence for the dead in a national disaster.

Do you think you lessen the claims of actual antisemitism when you describe them as hunting Jewish people when they are instead going for hooligans doing all the above?

Also in the very article you post it mentions that Dutch police have already lifted 62 people and riot police were out so it's weird you're lying and moaning about police "done little to intervene". Also most video's I've seen involved Dutch people and not Arabs, nice bit of racism to throw out there.

you didn't address much else of what I said, it clearly wasn't a pogrom and they were clearly attacked for being pro-genocide and not due to their religion, there were also lies about inaction of the police to further try and claim victimhood. Because lets be clear here these zionists were singing "There are no schools in Gaza because the children are dead" they believe there is a genocide being committed and they are happy about it
