Honestly, anything nice and thoughtful put into a box and wrapped. If they have profile pics you might be able to find inspiration there.
Clothing items can be fun and cheap. Put together a whole crazy outfit for them.
Or make them a new profile pic (a silly one with MS paint or with AI if you have no graphics skills)
Sending them silly cheap items with messages about why the item made you think of them. This was one of my favourite birthday gift (serieses) ever, even though it probably cost him like $100k :P It gave me a good half hour of cracking up every couple of minutes.
