Won't people want the poacher to get straight to the point and talk about perks, splits pay outs, other facilities like weapons and armours, activities, rules, and requirements, inhouse scripts, and inhouse bots?

They used to try to recruit me. I placed the following at the top of my profile signature block. Can't remember the last time I was approached.

Recruiters: the Beavers faction was renamed in memory of our fallen friend and co-founder Princess Dale. Dale, like the entire senior cadre, served the British Army. If a member can be poached they did you a favor by removing a weak link.

No you first - Monarch's been trying to poach members from everyone else.

Like we don't get told everytime you guys message one of our members.

Practice what you preach or shut it.

I've never poaching anyone, obviously you have some misguided, surely Alpha, behavior there. 

Nothing is misguided - you're crying about shit Monarch is notorious for and is likely doing as we speak - the only one misguided is one bitching about their own actions; you.
