    I believe it is 1000 items. Check out this display case which has over 34000 kitchen knives. Only 1000 items are displayed https://www.torn.com/displaycase.php#display/2066010

Is there a known limit to how many items a Display Case can show?

 

Currently if you go to my Display Case and scroll as far down as you can, it ends with leather pants. But I have a bunch of stuff below that in my "manage Display Case/add items" menus, like collectibles, cars, drugs, etc.

 

I didn't want to waste time of staff in bugs & issues without first seeing if this was just a confirmed existing mechanic
