What will be better to spend points on then
Stock ticker > Racing License > Merits
No offense but it's probably not the best idea to guide a noob into wasting their points for a racing license so early in the game
It's only 9.5 mil, if you can't afford that you've bigger things to worry about
Points for the e refills everyday if you can afford it is pretty good too. Energy is the most premium currency of the game. When you can afford the nerve refills, that next.
No, not right now. But that's only because there's no fees on the item market yet. Gonna be a shit show when that happens.
It's not totally useless, you can for instance use it as a private dump for stuff if you want to keep your inventory less cluttered.
