That would just give people incentive to not level up. You have 2 weeks of invulnerability to get to level 15, enough time to prepare for being targeted, if you can't handle the occasional attack, maybe Torn isn't for you.

I don't think you understand how the game works OP

You have done 45 RW hits.  You have been attacked 109 times.  As a newer (and thus weaker) player, that does not seem an unreasonable number of times to be attacked.

what about the level 6s that whoop up on level 100s , would that mean no one could attack those level 6 beasts?

Why would level 100 players waste their energies attacking you? Its probably other newbs bruh. You barely played for a month

It's not worth the energy for a lvl 100 to attack a lvl 12; they get little to no reward for doing so.  It's a common "new player syndrome" to think many of the higher and more experienced level players are targeting them; the truth is unless you give them a reason to continuously target you, your attackers are most likely just some random players. 

Use your energy to lvl up to 15 and then you have an easy way to evade your attackers by simply medding out of hospital and immediately flying out.

The button under the chat icon in any player's profile.  No one can see your exact battle stats; however, there are many ways to deduce your battle stat range.  There are many tutorials and guides available in the forum to help you learn the game.

BTW there IS a way to get longer protection as a new player...

1. buy tampons and tissues from the item market
2. Send a private message to Duke requesting extended player protection
3. Log off. 
4. Google search and watch The Care Bears Movie... and voila! No more attacks!
