It's been 10 years since I made my account on this little game and started my journey. I found this game when I was fourteen years old after literally googling "best text based mmorpg" because I was bored, and now here I am. Going from my first year of highschool to having almost completed my Master's degree, and having spent just over 40% of my entire life with my account and with this game.
Special thanks to Cheesinater (well, it was TheCheesinater before he restarted) for being my first real faction leader and someone who supported me when I was first floundering about. If they hadn't chatted me up and offered me a place in Nub Navy all the way back while we were playing Torn Chess (rip, I miss it) I probably wouldn't be here today celebrating my 10th year here.
Special thanks to Thrie for getting me into Warbirds (good ol' JFB) back when I was getting bored of the game and being a great friend for the entire time. I don't know where I'd be if it weren't for you.
Special thanks to Tenacious1, Heasleys4hemp, Vulture, and everyone else in or who were in Warbird, The Nest, and Fowl (RIP) for being some of the best bunch of people I got to know. Honestly, if you all weren't around I probably would've stayed inactive and never came back with any seriousness. Y'all gave me a home in this game and I'm forever grateful for it.

And thank you Ched, Bogie, and everyone on the staff team for keeping this game great. I might be somewhat critical of some decisions gameplay decisions but I know making a game and keeping it running for like 20 some-odd years ain't exactly easy. So thank you for your hard work.
Anyway, I'm on vacation right now and it's still dark. The award was bugging out a bit earlier this Torn day, so I had to wait till it actually triggered properly to make this post. Here's to another 10 years! 🍷
