I’ve been thinking about how Organized Crimes 2.0 works and wanted to hear your thoughts on an idea: Should faction leaders have the ability to adjust crime difficulty?
Right now, crime difficulty is set, and while success rates can be improved with experience, roles, and faction perks, we don’t have direct control over how hard a crime is. What if faction leaders could lower or raise the difficulty in exchange for adjusting the potential rewards?
Possible Benefits:
✅ More Control – Leaders could tailor crimes to their faction’s strengths.
✅ Lower Risk Options – Newer factions could take on bigger crimes with a reduced chance of failure.
✅ Higher Rewards for Higher Risk – Advanced factions could push difficulty up for better payouts.
Possible Downsides:
❌ Balance Issues – Could this be exploited to make crimes too easy?
❌ Less Challenge – Would it take away from the strategy of picking the right crimes?
I’d love to hear your thoughts! Would this be a good addition to the game, or do you think it would break the system? Maybe there’s a better way to implement it?
