CANCELED SUBSCRIPTION

Went to Pay Pal n canceled my Subscription.  I won't have donator status.  Idk .. My acct stats n stuff are just not of much interest anymore. I will mainly log in to talk to friends, and people I meet. The status quo for the market is truly disheartening. I struggle to make money as it is .. And 5% is just ridiculous. AND 10% for anonymous. Might as well risk the mug. 😑 

Example: A trench coat base price is 325,000. base price.  Sell for 335,000. , pay 5% (16,750.) equals 318,250. That's less than the base price. Someone else said in another post that the market will mainly be dead. And it's true. Only useful stuff will sell above value. Maybe. I will just go get Xanax, and anything else I need myself. I can't think of much , if anything I need to buy from market. I will travel, and do crimes, etc for items I need if they cost much over value.  No one. HAS to buy from market. . I'm boycotting the market if this continues.

You're better off buying vegan grassfed DPs won from the wheel of awesome if you don't want to support the game. Fortunately for you I happen to have a large stock of wheel DPs for only 30m each! Set trade!

Have you tried selling from your Bazaar and advertising in trade chat? I have already sold a shit ton like that, I find more people are moving to purchase from bazaars. 

TornPal and Bzimors site have made it easier for buyers and sellers, AND right now is prime time, because the prices are all over the place (not auto pricing on bazaars so everyone is just setting it at market price or lower).

I would argue there is NO BETTER time to become a trader, now that the status quo has been "disrupted".

I can't support this farce of a game anymore. That's a good point that someone bought that DP for real money. The game isn't fun when they're constantly beating me down. So I guess no DP will be fine.

Yeah so useless items like the trench coat likely won't be sold on the IM. However,  it's likely prices will rise because selling for less than 5% of the city sell price is useless

Yeah exactly, prices will rise 5%, the buyers will eventually bare the burden of the tax once sellers accommodate their prices.

Most players have a job, with pay. Most players have stocks, etc etc. So what? I have worked my a** off for that 40B networth in the last 12+ years. I might point out that, after 12+ years of hard work, investing, traveling for product, etc. 40B is ALL I have accumulated. That's a pittance compared to others half my game age whose networth is 3x, 4x, or more than mine. 

How could you do this? Ched won't be able to afford his 6th Yacht now :( 

40b networth puts you around the 3k spot in HoF, that's hardly a pittance.

Looks like you had pretty low activity for a big chunk of that, and you only really started taking money seriously in 2021, low effort = low output. The sweats who are half your age with 4x the Networth put in 14 hours a day, or just gambled a lot.
