April fools joke, couldn't access the city if you lived in space and to buy 100 would be $90 Trillion, that is over half of the total cash value in game
You can click any of them, they all say sold out except space station which says you are not in space

You can also tell it is an April Fool's joke by the lack of an Announcement, Newspaper report and Newsletter about the properties
