How often does nerve gets added? I've been doing crimes since C2.0 came out and my nerve amount is still at the same level.

My guess is that you are getting a ton of red fails! Red fails subtract your crime exp!
Try doing easier crimes and safer crimes!
My last crit fail was 5 months ago as indicated by logs
What's your max nerve?
The time between nerve bar increases increases overtime, as one would expect. It's really about your success chain, a crit fail restarts the chain at 0, but yellow fails also reduce the progression by up to half the total crimes chain.
As a new player the most you should be attempting to do is shoplifting. Even then I would exercise caution with shoplifting because you're not particularly skilled at theft crimes and searching for cash gives you theft experience towards shoplifting. Right now my base nerve sits at 65, and I don't expect to see 70 for at least one or two more months.

Based on my other logs I'd say if you're keeping your nerve bar empty throughout the day you should see an increase at least once every two months.
