OP, can you post some screenshots of what happened between you and Sky? Some evidence, some conversations, do we know for a fact that they've taken the cash and blocked you, or refused you?

No idea when the money was sent but Sky's personal stats don't show his networth increasing.

Money stored in Faction vault doesn't count towards your networth, it's possible he deposited it himself and hadn't changed the assignment to OP yet, which if true with his name already in the mud may result in him keeping the money 🤷
Also if it happened since the last new day his new wouldn't have updated yet

Soontobe is the only one who could possibly have it and it would have to be in the faction vault as he's leader.
The discord screen shot said he sent it to sky directly. Why would they boot him from the faction if he deposited it like he was supposed to?
I'd imagine he probably still has it and left on his own accord given that's what the messages said or they kicked him for not depositing it.
Other likely scenario: sky and soontobe are multis and will be appearing in a certain list this week.

I think it's due to a lack of evidence; folks tend to wait until facts surface before getting their pitchforks out. Now, if you want to jump the gun and start mobbing based on hearsay, more power to you.
