Currently the Steadfast branch only allows progression of two stat gyms above 10% and one above 15% as below -

Suggestion:

Remove this limitation so that all gyms can be planned to their maximum challenges met - benefits members as they can train as they wish and leaders not having to rotate the Steadfast branch.

Upgrades can be made all the way to the next challenge (orange).

Do these people disagree with the idea or just dislike it???

Yeah I think Ched wanted to force factions to specialize initially. However, his idea for locked in upgrades was quickly changed after backlash from the community. Since it's rotatable, there is more longer a reason to make such a restriction.

Additionally, if factions want to have more of their branches upgraded at once, they may need to let other perks go until their respect is high enough. If anything, this suggestion adds more value to the respect system.

R+! Wouldn't change much, will let people train as they wish, and will lessen the burden of fac leaders. I only see a benefit with this change tbh.

to be honest, the current system just serves as a headache and additional admin work, I think opening them all up wouldn't have any negative consequences and just be easier for leadership teams and members alike
