I just now hosted an RR game which bugged out on my phone. There was no sound, and my screen showed the "waiting for opponent" screen. I suddenly get an event notification that the game has timed out and the opponent won by "taking action". I go to the tab with RR open which briefly shows the "waiting for opponent" screen before reloading to the RR lobby.

I have played a lot of RR before, both earlier today on my phone and in general, and this has never happened before. I've timed out many large games before, and while annoying, them timing out was entirely my fault.
In this case however, there was no sound indication that a game had started or that a shot was fired. My screen showed "waiting for opponent" the entire time. @PrincessJulie asked for screenshots, but I can't screenshot every "waiting for opponent" screen and I'm not sure what that would prove in this case.
I'm not sure what metrics you collect on your end, but it'd be easy to verify the above case if you require a callback from clients after a game has loaded before starting the game. Or any metric from the RR game client during a game for that matter.
