Why would you not have a persistent chain list?
They even gave us a brand new targets list and a way to easily transfer people from the enemies list to there.
You’d think people would learn to stop using the forums around Halloween

When I just started the game, literally just after finishing George's initial missions, this guy reached out to me and offered to help me with making money. I just had to fight and lose to them.
Did a one or two losses, and after asking for payment I got ignored and then blocked.
Really made me think this was just another scam mobile game full of dickheads.
Then some time later, honestly no idea since this was 8 months or so ago, I suddenly got this message.

I don't know for sure if it was them. What I do remember is at the time I was certain it couldn't have been anyone else because at the time I consistently kept 10 $1 bounties warning that they were a scammer for a while until I learned that the messages wouldn't get displayed since I was blocked and stopped placing them.
