was able to find out what it was by clicking the user who posted the image.

My pda went from nothing to now semi working. Main page won't load info and says api issue but I can get into torn itself via the lower right menu pop up. However city finds don't show up (neither the listing of found items at the top of the page nor the highlighted items/any items that are still sitting in the map. All vanished. The bounty settings top of bounty page show so it works but isn't working on city page.
