If the comics get accepted, (hopefully).

Torn City Times (Sugarvalves) will award you with 250 points and a VERY RARE shiny new honor bar named "Velutinous".

Great way to get the merit lol. But is the acceptable? i mean is it legal to send it to the newspaper as one of our own when everyone knows its originally from you.

Well it is a giveaway.. Rules state that you should not pay me for it.

In essence, once I give the comic to you, its yours already and I won't chase you for ownership.
