Secondly, just ignore it, you made it to their target list, don't have that much money on hand, 2m mug is pretty nice to get if they're hitting you for chain or whatever, they might prioritize you on their target list if they thing they might get some change out of you.

The player who attacked you is a shitter in a noobtrap, you'll probably outgrow them if you keep your nose down and grind, if you make it into a decent faction they'll stop when they get retaliated or put on target list by stronger members.

No but for real: Making complaining posts about standard gameplay stuff / anything that isn't over-the-top is NEVER going to go in your favour in Torn... I say this with sincerity: I'd encourage you to delete the title and post (Change both to a period) and ask Staff to grave it. The longer it's up, the more trouble it's going to get you.

He's co-leading a faction with his multi and has two dead accounts as members. Definitely no chaining going on. I don't get it.

Also, they're wasting tons of energy attacking you.  That gives you the opportunity to spend your energy on training now, and you get revenge later.

I chain on a lot of people now that picked on me when I was new.  Torn is all about delayed gratification.  Your revenge is not actually attacking them, because attacking doesn't do much in this game.  Your real revenge is getting ahead of them, and them realizing that they cannot attack you anymore.

You just announced to all of Torn that you carry around lots of cash and are a great mugging target. 
when someone is able to mug over a mil off you its not surprising they will try again

So, what you do about it?

Don’t walk around with money on you. If he keeps getting 0 reward for 25e he will move on to another target. 
Don’t announce on the forums someone was repeatedly able to mug you for near or over a mil, cause that will only make you a bigger target

If you wanna get him back? I dunno, train hard and mug him back? But muggers are usually good at storing their own money so maybe just accept it as part of the game
