Long text... well that has always been bad. A clear sign of OD. It is now engrained in our DNA. See long text after drugs = rage and tears. 

So this psychopath Ched, after 20+ years of conditioning the player base, goes full CIA psyops on us. And it worked! 

Seeing long text after every xan use is breaking my brain. I'm nearing a 100% OD rate mentally. My stress and rage are through the roof, even though nothing is actually wrong.

I don't know your end game Ched (and neither do you by the design of Torn), but well played madman. Well played.

This is sooo true, i am just playing for over a year but i was already so conditioned on the small line of text. Ched is a true monster. How you can keep playing this game for so long without going insane over ched.

I got used to it and thought I was okay!

The real problem for me is that we're all basically forced to be drug addicts.

RW drugs.

Knockoff - 5-10% chance to lower addiction on use.

Reversal - Overdose lowers addiction.

Reduction - Each consecutive overdose lowers OD chance.

Multiplier- Doubles positive effects of drug.

Divider - Doubles negative effects of drugs with 0% OD chance.

Arbitrary - Provides an additional random drug effect. 

Fuck - 100% OD chance with 0.1-1% chance reduced chance on all future OD's.

Heard the OD rate goes down if you donate more.
