I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled but tested on a fresh browser.
Found out if you leave the target blank, the bounty defaults to yourself. As fun as this would be, I can see how it could be abused with ranked wars. I've attached a GIF.

I agree that this could be a cool and beneficial thing!!!!
I also it more as QoL feature than a bug but it will probably fixed bc it would reduce player-player interactions
Seems like it comes with a visual bug showing the bounty twice, even though there’s only one bounty

It also seems the mis-matching bounty reason bug has returned. Here's link to original thread - https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=19&t=16482248&b=0&a=0. The below screenshot was from a different browser, with a freshly cleared cache. It persists across my main browser and PDA, as well as seen from lneacx's screenshot

Dang... it actually works. And while I get it if this gets fixed, I am glad to have been able to do this at least once in my life.
