I am here to announce on behalf of Atari [307651], That whatever faction is housing Farcough [2613589] when halloween starts, will have a dirty bomb dropped on their faction.
TLDR;
So today, Farcough decided to spend a substantial portion of his networth on mercenary services to hosp any member of TDT. These contracts have seemingly gone to TNL & their sister faction (along with a couple others).
Due to this attack on our faction, he is now considered an enemy of TDT and will never be welcomed back.
As such, I am writing all this to announce that at the start of the halloween event this year, if Farcough is in a faction, and has member status (IE not recruit status) Atari will drop a dirty bomb on that faction.
So this is an announcement to anyone out there willing to house him:
We do not have a problem with you or your faction, just Farcough. We do not hold the Merc contracts against anyone but him, the one footing the bill. We don't want a war, we want him to spend the halloween in the hospital and without faction perks.
CONTEXT:
Chapter 1: The beginning of the end
Farcough was at one point a leader and banker here at TDT, however around 6 months ago he was stripped of his perms due to attitude problems and general instability. The leadership team decided it was too risky to allow him to continue to have perms. We were open to the idea that he could earn them back through good behaviour, however that clearly did not come to pass.
Chapter 2: Nemesis [2163874] Enters the chat
Now for those who don't know nemesis, he has earned his namesake and for the old heads out there you may know him as 'herpes', one of his previous aliases. Nemesis doesn't really take shit from anyone, he does his own thing. Needless to say, him and farcough did not get along at all.

For a bit of context, Nemesis has a mug list, and one of his most profitable targets decided to join us here at TDT. This did not deter Nemesis, in fact he continued to make hundreds of millions off of a now fellow faction member (who will go unnamed). Farcough took a massive exception to this, and started to raise hell in faction chat.
To be clear, if this member decided to raise concern to leadership, action would have been taken. No such issue was raised until farcough noticed and started talking massive shit in the faction chat. So much shit talk that the alleged victim themselves eventually spoke up and said they had no issue with what was going on, and that this drama was unnecessary. This strategy actually worked and shifted nemesis' aggro to farcough. From there, things started to get really bad for farcough.
He then decided to take this (non) issue out on our leadership, and I told him I didnt care if he attacked me.
Others warned him that there could be consequences, so he then proceeded to attack them as well. After this we held a vote in leaders chat on whether or not to kick him, which everyone who voted (including myself) decided it was more trouble than it was worth and he is welcome to stay for now. (and perhaps some leeway given his long history here.)
After this, the beef between nemesis and farcough continued until it eventually boiled over into faction chat and atari was forced to address his ramblings:

Interestingly at this point most of leadership was still fine keeping him around, though the beef continued
Chapter 3: Farcough's departure
About two weeks ago, right after our RW ended, farcough decided that he has had enough and his time here at TDT was over. At this point in time he was welcome back whenever he wanted, after some time of course. (this will change shortly).
(I personally saw to it that he recieved his RW pay after departure)
After he left he decided to go to TNL. No issues at all there, we sincerely wished him all the best.
I will preface this next part with we at TDT hold nothing against TNL.
This of course did not save him from Nemesis being Nemesis
