    I think you understood it wrong. Actually dex is now more powerfull because weapon accuracy has been nerfed.

EDIT: Actually the opposite, the dex guy is now be like:

If your hit rate is 0 it's still gonna be 0 after any modifier. And it's more likely to be 0 after this change unless I have misunderstood everything.

I am scared for how this might affect me.

Also darn, that pepper spray nerf will probably force me to remove a couple targets from my chaining list.

I am so bummed that my illustrious 0.00 accuracy rusty sword is now a 15.03 :[

other than that, it seems like a logical choice. Either that or add some kind of dexterity buffing stat to armor/weapons? But that sounds like a convoluted, headache inducing mess.
