"Successfully mug UnFairlane then give everything you mugged back to"

I successfully mugged him.

What am I supposed to give back?
(to be clear, it's not a question, it's a bug to me)

They will have mug protection currently.

You either need to wait for that to wear off, or send them a bit of money, and try again.

For the record, the mission description says (roughly): "Mug em for what they got, even if it takes a few tries."
