I think it would be wayyyy better if they had something that texted you. It's only useful if you are currently sitting at your computer, in which case you're probably looking at torn every now and then anyway. Also, when I play games on my computer I keep the sound off and I don't see or hear the notifications. So I really don't think it is worth it.
