It counts defends lost. Also it took several hours to download the initial stats which means it is probably a little on the low side. You should consider it as about 90% to 95% accurate for tickets lost.
You can get better numbers by looking at your defends lost stats.
I've placed a lot of craps bets and every time you have 1 token left, you can spin twice and get the UI to do this. This is a bug where the craps UI doesn't properly count down to zero tokens and lets you make an extra spin.
It's not really a problem though because you can play again when you get more tokens.
I play craps on torn a lot. As far as the dice go it seems just as random as any other casino game. I don't know how you can really change the algorithm since it's just die1 = rand(1,6) followed by die2 = rand(1,6)
Maybe he means the UI for the game. The betting is clunky and on mobile you have to scroll up / down a lot do to the betting / roll.
Honestly though, I rather it not be changed at all until I get into top 10 losses

Ranking up is different for each company type. Here is an example for a candle shop 73517. It's on the slow slide, but can provide a general idea if you have all the education done and the stock blocks.
