I've been trying to think of a fair way to reduce the Halloween server load and I think that new basket upgrades that start the event earlier if you have them would be the way to go;
maybe
5 treats Halloween starts 3 hours earlier each year for you
50 treats Halloween starts a further 3 hours earlier each year for you
100 treats Halloween starts a further 3 hours earlier each year for you
200 treats Halloween starts a further 3 hours earlier each year for you
You could of course tweak the treats and the number of start times as needed. I think the first being very cheap would be key.

So i have just done 3 quick attacks and hospitalised myself and I'm predicted to get 6 event tokens.
Next year I probably shouldn't be able to snipe that many tokens again, so I propose people's personal tags unlocking after 48 hours even when active.
