Faction life is probably the best aspect of Torn and attacking with a team is a whole different experience to playing solo.
This is something all ViN members share, as we love working together towards building a faction we can call home.
If you are interested in joining is, it's important you fit in as a person. If you like having a laugh but also being around good people and playing this game competitively and will be serious about chaining, come join us. We can be a little dirty so we come with an R rating. Nudes are helpful, but not necessary.
We are a warring faction and you will have to pull your weight as a team mate. We don't take well to freeloaders and expect everyone to contribute and earn the spoils. That being said, we always make time to train inbetween wars, so both your stats and your bloodlust will be satisfied.

If you are a new player and you're really interested in learning how to play Torn, and you'd love a team to talk to and learn from, we are very friendly towards players who want to learn and improve their Torn characters. Our entire team has been trained by our seniors and in return they teach and train our new members. One of our mottos is that we help those who are willing to help themselves first and will pay it forward when the time comes! You must log on daily, you must like to learn!

Requirements
We ain't no charity so you're gonna have to pull your weight and look really cool while you're doing what you do. If you got the coolness down, all you need to do is get good at these:
Log on daily and be active in faction chat. **** off if you're shy.
Meet our minimum chain requirements. Seriously, you are expected to chain or you won't fit in and won't be welcome.
Train minimum 300 Energy per day during training.
Use all your nerve doing safe crimes to improve your crime xp. We have lots of beer for you to add to that.
Be hungry to learn and grow. We teach noobs and will help those willing to help themselves.
Be very very sexy, but also very very active and log in daily.
Know how to use words to make us laugh, preferably in faction chat, often.
Use Tornstats
Do not beg. Your team is your family, as in your brothers and sisters. You will get a ton of value from the expertise and the help provided, but you gotta give it back in your own way.
Become a donator. We don't expect anyone to use RL money, but you gotta be willing to learn how to make enough Torn cash to provide for yourself, including being able to afford a DP per month using in-game currency. We'll help you learn how to do that.

What if we could use our keyboard arrow keys to move around the city map? It would be nice to have this functionality for our city searches.
The original suggestion is from Tony Stark:
"If map is able to move with keyboard's arrow keys, it will be more easier to find items and more compatible with small screen. Is this possible in browser?"
Especially with the changes to chaining now, it's even more important for us to be able to see the chain count when we are abroad.
It would make sense for factions to have players stationed in other countries during a chain, or for players who happen to be abroad to be made aware when their team is chaining and when to join in.
(Additionally, but not essential, it would be great to be able to watch my faction chain while I'm on a plane. Travel is so boring, I'd at least like to see my faction's chain box)
Why does Torn let things escalate to this extent. For years people have been speaking out about harassment and discrimination, as well as on the high level of toxicity in the forums. I won't even start on global chat.
Kind of embarassing when the game you play has to come with a disclaimer warning people you care about.

What rules did I break that staff deemed it necessary/acceptable to delete my comments?
Staff not liking people talking about their actions,.does not mean they should change/manipulate any actions I take in this game as is intended by the game and within the rules.
I was also on-topic: this is a thread about feddings.
As you highlight this has been an ongoing issue in Torn, and Joe Chedburn (the managing director and actual human running a sizeable company, not the play figure) has chosen to take zero responsibility for this. It's come to a point where his highest in charge + their family are directly affected.
My only hope is that Torn LTD takes a real stance in regards to harassment, doxxing, discrimination, and the likes. It's an extremely toxic community, and to date, most of us have felt that Chedburn gets a laugh from this because it's "a crime game afterall". The truth is the damage is real, and as sad as I am for Bogie's experience, in a way I am hopeful it will finally lead to some important changes for the game and its players.
The things Torn LTD has been allowing for decades are not ok. And if it takes the Community Manager becoming a target and victim for the x-thousand players to finally be protected whilst playing this game, I consider it a necessary and welcome evil. That being said, I wish Joshua all the best in life, and if I'm genuine, would recommend a better career choice given what happened here. I certainly would never stay with a company if I had a similar experience. Nobody needs a specific job that desperately.
We were chatting in faction chat about the highest racing skill and some think it's capped at 100. I don't think that's possible that someone has reached that.
