Salaries + training + advert total costs need to be equal or less than profits once you get company going. DO NOT run companies at a loss unless you are rich and have $$ to burn.
If this means waiting for workers who will take lower salaries then do this. If company does better and earns better profit then be sure to reward workers and raise salaries or give them bonus's or something.
All the elim teams should be random draw in future to avoid any unfair play or abuse like shown this year. Efforts to prevent too many same faction members on same team should be considered also.. Or stacking a team full of higher level active rich guys who'll crush everyone else. Every team should have similar chance of winning the thing.
It was unfair play in game overall .. when PP is rewarded for that sort of unfair play it'll only get worse in future is all for the next unfair event. No single faction or two should be allowed to dominate an event of this type.
Any sneaky unfair play in the game needs to be pointed out and not tolerated. If it is allowed to continue and ends up rewarded the unfair play only gets worse next time by more players. The game developers need to not try to hide the unfair play by doing sneaky things on the fly like minor game changes as well. If any torn special ends up contaminated by unfair play it should really be cancelled or reset with adjustments made to correct the unfair issues.
PP never said a word when they had their way in elim and bullying everyone with unfair play .... When they have their asses sat on and in the grinder they all begin to cry and complain and cancel subscriptions etc... I have 0 pity for them. I hope they are gone tomorrow.
Now they know how it feels like the other teams they eliminated in a similar fashion. Perhaps they will think twice in future about pulling this type of crap again. :)
Well well a PP player who sat on me and hit the hell out of me in the elim making a post that might be more than a "stop whining everyone we are a great team" posting... Then all her female players sent me tissues and BS when I began to chew them out.
As far as how this BS joke of an elim has turned out I myself would never join this farce again but unless changes are made for sure then it should not be run. Suggestions to make the dam thing more even would be....
- all teams must be a random selection. No selective criteria for any teams can be made that gives unfair advantage or subject to abuse.
- efforts to minimize same faction people on a team must be done. You cannot have war friends all gang up and kick the crap out of others who have never warred with each other. Makes it truey unfair.
- the algorithm on how people are selected for invites must have a check for players level, battlestats, activity & networth. You cannot allow a stacked team of higher level active players all joining one team with billions of money on them to form one team. It makes no fricken sense and they can bully everyone else in a powerhouse team. Every team should try to share in the equal number of high level active players with good battle stats spread across all teams.
- The controllers of the game have responsibility also. If they sense uneven team distribution then how they try to band-aid or hide the uneven teams must be stopped. They either scrap that round of team selection and do it again or not run the elim period . The game developer cannot try to do game rule changes on the fly making it appear it is all fair when in the end I guess Ched thought alot of his friends or whatever are in PP so great he'll give them the victory and screw everyone else in the elim comp this year. Total BS.
- in-active members of a team after joining with no hits and involvement after so many days should have an option to kick their asses out of the team and exempt them from getting any benefits from that teams success. It amazes me how some ppl join and then go inactive or play the clueless card not knowing the elim is gong on. Elim should have requirements to remain as part of the active team or you forfeit your tokens and rewards since you were a lame team member overall.
Good luck for this and future elim competitions. I myself will sell off all my stuff and leave the game. I have seen enough unfair things gong on and cannot be part of this anymore. I wonder how many will get pissed and do the same... lmao
Well hope you can dent PP's armor .... in Pirates we tried to inform everyone of PP's strength and ppl blew us off and piled on when we were pounded by PP and driven to 0 pts .. The cheaters deserve to be kicked between the legs... Ched needs to be strung up also really for trying to cover crap up by doing dumb ass game changes early when the elim started hoping ppl would not realize how in-balanced the teams were.. .... it is an arrogant slap in the face to all regular players of the game..
Who really stands up for the regular player when you see the high level control and unfair play and then you see Ched support the play ?
PP had the 1st place tokens in their pockets of this comp before the 1st team was eliminated..
The elim is rigged with PP stacking team so bad in how they all joined... SO no one can fight back on that and Ched knows it... why do you think he was screwing around wit the 5k pts limit and all trying to hide how powerful PP is ...
PP will pick and choose what team to crush and kick out next ... have fun ... LMAO...
Well stated ... PP will win this elim .. whoever says otherwise is dreaming... Why do you think Ched adjusted to the 5K pts limit and other various techniques before the 1st team was gone ? ... to try to conceal the strength of PP and not be called out on it so much from many players....
