I don't have a book so success will depend on your Speed vs my Dex. Unfortunately my main stat is dex currently at 10m. If your speed is over 10m I might not be able to easily escape. I can't take Xanax to debuff either.

There's players I've had beef with before and even they didn't act that irrationally. So no surprised that you had a chip on your shoulder to prove how big you think your dick is lol but Torn needs people like you.
This effort on a shitty faction despite the fact that at their size it's really not much of an inconvenience can only be justified by a person that easily triggered. Even so you found the right group to waste the effort on so that's good at least. Was a spectical worth watching. Upvote from me.
Having higher networth is part of the game. That's why there's merits and honors for it plus it affects ranks. The game was made in mind for you to gain networth the longer you play. You can't complain about the system working against you cause you chose to use your networth on other people and things.
That's like complaining about not being able to get higher ranks or honors cause the networth thresholds are too high for you and that you can't reach them cause you're spending your money. The threshold for CT isn't even that high. It's a low bar that's there to affect the really new and discourage multis. Sorry that it wasn't made with your specific case in mind. 99% of players with your age and status should at least have 1b net worth by now and 1b and up gives pleeenty in CT. Even having 500m is enough cause that's around what I had for my first CT.
Despite my age I've only been playing for 16 months. Was inactive before then and when I came back was no more than a noob. Level 6 and broke. That was last August. 3 1/2 months before CT came around almost double my networth from it and it wasn't even that high to begin with. Made 100s of millions easily. Didn't pay a dime to this game and still haven't to this day. I don't even save my money. I'm constantly spending it. You have to go out of your way to piss away all your networth constantly. Ched and the devs did not intend for most players to do this. That's why certain merits and awards are given for obtaining or doing things that would take huge amount of networth. Cause that's part of the game. There's always been certain things obtainable by your building your networth. The game is made to push you in that direction.
Pay to win my ass. $100 only get you 600m in Torn. That doesn't do much to affect CT unless you're a beginner and it isn't hard to make at my level and especially your level. Can't believe the nerve. I can get if a noob complained of this but you have much more lucrative options to make money than the ones who are really affected by this. You can actually make and save money if you actually try to save it.
Don't use your networth and then try to say things are pay to win cause you lack the networth. You used up all the money that you're complaining about not having and then saying things are pay to win just cause you didn't hold onto the money that you were getting. Like..what? The game didn't make you have to spend it to help others.
You lack networth cause you used it not cause it's hard to build and that things are pay to win. How does this even need explaining. You're trying to exaggerate this whole thing to better fit your side. You know that your situation is not a common one yet you're trying to pull this off as if it's a common thing. That the system is out to get us and that Ched is out for our wallets.
Instead of playing that card you could've just explained your side so that it could be tweaked for the (very few) like you who are supposed to be really rich but isn't do to circumstances. They make changes all the time constantly. Instead you're trying to create a witch hunt for a niche problem that you just happen to fall in by accident. The fact that you're expecting more is ironic cause the game also expected you to have more networth by your stage and not even that much.
There comes a time when you have to step back and realize that what you've gotten yourself into was of your own making. You must've done something to have been getting bountied enough that you received the outcast title and have to use a job perk to stop bounties. Even still whatever you've done is still causing you to get attacked even now. Then even after making this post you've aggravated even more people with your attitude and the way that you act. Bringing even more animosity towards you.
In the end you have to realize that it's you that has to change and not the world around you. Cause and effect.
I'll try it this way. Just started reviving. Don't know how to sell the service but I don't really care about squeezing every penny. Just want the merits. Which is why my price is $500k. I'm a SSL user so the money will at least help me get more points and cans to speed up my heals. Only reason why I have a price.

Thanks Cloudjumper! Knew there was a loophole I missed. After someone beat me to my 1st target and sent them to the hospital I bountied someone else thinking that would work. Learn something everyday.
A merit for reaching max Addiction. Not many have reached that limit and it presents increasing challenges the deeper you get into it. Could be a feat worthy of a merit.
The merit could be called: "I think I need help..."
It might be me but I've handled this mission many times and thought I knew how it worked. Double Jeopardy:
Task: Put a bounty on someone, then defeat them.
I thought that I bountied them and then attacked after but the mission says I haven't done it yet. When I check my clipboard it shows that I placed the bounty first and then attacked after it was placed. Is this a bug or have I overlooked something, which is likely.
Always satisfying to come back. Told you I'd catch you cheating and get you banned. You probably have another account floating around Torn but I still got you in the end.
That said I've been wanting a perk like that forever. These "someones" have been getting away for far too long. Though the logic bugged me a perk like that needs to be a thing in some way. Let it happen.
The mechanics it falls under is the STEALTH mechanics not the DEX mechanics. DEX is just a factor in the STEALTH but stealth doesn't affect dex. The perk just increase your stealth points to the max to be pretty much guaranteed and having high stealth does not make it less likely for someone to stealth you. So that's why it does not and should not work both ways.
Let's not overlook these obvious things just because we want something. Goes for everyone that says "make sense" to which I obviously just poked a hole in with barely much consideration.
