basicly a gym for the hospital but it needs double energy, you get 1.5x bonus from training, excludes speed

Dirty bombs are able to be used, in a war, I've seen a DB go off
just to letya know, any one in the city wont be able to accsess the game for a few days, if I remember correctly, unless your wearing a hasmat suit
scamming isn't illegal in torn, I doubt it has ever been, its one of the few things a game cant replicate,
yeah, let people know he's a scammer, then some one else will do it, and the heats off him, and he scams again.

a lot of weapons are useless because this is like darksouls in a way, some weapons are /objectively/ worse then others because they're good with what lower levels have to deal with, then they build up cash and buy better weapons.
or well you know, stat up and work for the grocers for a few weeks, then you can afford Munster...

and for 2k a pyramid of coffee bags with the honor being called either "up all night" or "all nighter" or along those lines
maybe a "lunchbox" consumable that boosts you for a few hours/mins and can only be used once a day
"you filled the box with a lunch and head out to the city"
(xx% boost in crime (whatever) and a booster cool down of xx:xx:xx and a lunch cooldown of (time to 00:00 TCT) )

well I aint played since before combat 2.0, and like, for over a year and stuff, so I wasn't sure,

but, the devs have pretty much said "let there be scams" and there was scams, atleast to the people oblivious in using the trading system, seriously, I don't really understand the major problem, its a crime game, the devs have said, "ahh well scams are fine here now, meh"
just don't take shady requests :p
theres even a FULL section in the wiki, telling you HOW and WHY you should avoid scamming, ASWELL as what different types of scams there are
don't quote me on that though, I don't have the PP myself since I'm in the grocers job (for those 1M munster drinks I can add to the player market y'see)
but its a RNG based addition job that literaly just shows you more stuff on the map

you need to be part of a fraction with the Lab unlocked, and you need to have a large amount of ceacium, small explosives and the likes, you also need to buy a hazmatsuit
all of these are incredibly expensive on the playermarket, and it takes a long time to complete, as well as having the chance to get radiation sickness, which means one less man to fight the war
also, isn't what he's doing iligal, R18+ content isn't allowed on torn right? (other then the jobs of course)
he's pfp would be rated 18+ where I am
oh well, not like I can do anything I guess, oh well, having that 4 Karma when I did felt better then having 0.
