I don't know if there's enough of a demand, but i'm a crazy chess player - I love it! It would be great if this could be something that could be played against another player (for money, like a staked game or completely for free). I think player vs computer could be horrendous to script but player vs player could be nice.
Chess could be a bit out-of-place in the 'casino', so I was thinking the idea of a 'Park'. New York has Central Park so I'm sure Torn could have some sort of awful trashy variation of that. In the park players could play Chess, Draughts, walk to gain happiness at the cost of some energy etc. i'm sure other creative users could suggest loads of other cool things to do a park!

Just a very minor point which is marginally annoying; so I wouldn't be too surprised if this is ignored. I am using Google Chrome. If you click on Education, any of the subjects (e.g Biology), then cycle through the modules - everything is fine. However if you choose Law (and only Law), when you click on the modules; it drags you to the bottom of the screen. This is a slight annoyance in comparison to the other modules, especially as i'm trying to quickly remember the name of the module (which is cut off when scrolled to the bottom of the page) and the stat gains!
However if it's even more annoying to fix then I'm sure I can live with it :) Just it is only for this subject.
For the domino affect honour it simply says 'Attack someone displaying this honour', however, you in fact have to defeat the player (As I found this out the hard way). Merely attacking does not complete this achievement. Perhaps a change in description may avoid a slight confusion.
I am aware that there was a previous thread with the same issue, however this is not fixed. The countdown clock before a race is resetting and I have now wasted a considerable amount of time!

whilst flying back from the UAE there are messages which come up and alternate over time. I believe for this following message it means to say 'stock ticket'!
Purchasing a stock ticker allows players to participate in the stock market, and lose their money in an entirely new way other than being mugged.
Just a small question about companies. I see that quite a lot of companies spend a lot more money on wages than what they actually earn per day. Surely this isn't beneficial for the person who owns the company? There are a few i've seen (mainly high star poor companies like candle and high star expensive ones like oil rig) which do earn more than what they spend on wages, but for the companies inbetween it seems like the director is at a loss.
Do many/some of these companies pay their staff with the stars they earn? Or just small wages? Just the ads I see on the newspaper are like 400k to work in a male strip club which baffles me to how its worth the director starting one of these companies instead of just joining one!
I'm really sorry for the triple post, but I've just asked people on the 'New Players' chat if this happens to them and it does to another player (after requesting them at around 23:21 10/08/2016). It loads the page but as soon as you click on a module on the Law subject, it will then jump down the page (whereas for the other modules it doesn't)!
