1 star- Evidence locker (money or something like stealing from evidence)- 1 jp 3 stars- Inside mole (increased crime success (passive)) 5 stars- Swat training (increased speed (passive)) 7 stars- Armor locker (steal liquid metal armor from the stock pile)-50 jp 10 stars- Framed (purposefully putting someone in jail with no chance of bust or bail (for maybe an hour).) -maybe around 100 jp per hour
Stock could be ammunition, squad cars, gas for squad cars, pepper spray/tasers.
Advertising would be "crime prevention" advertising. If you don't know what that is, it's basically telling people how to prevent crime, and what to do in the event of crime occuring. This is a real thing in life that departments have budgets for.
Income can be based off of other departments, as well as crime rate or whatever.
It's a rough outline of what a police department could be.
OR you could just scratch all of this and make it a newspaper torn job. The benefits could be changed around a little bit and advertising could go away, but the ranks and positions could be the same.
Either way, I think it would be cool to implement some kind of "dirty" cop aspect to the game. Let me know if you hate it, like it, love it, or don't know!
Please create an option to disable a certain game for x amount of time (days, weeks, months and permanent durations). Also make it that it is irreversible, so people don't start bothering staff members to reverse it or something.

I think this quote explains it well. Real money can be used to gamble game money, and with the odds of some casino games skewed in the favor of the house exponentially, there should be an option to disable the games all together.
It is a simple addition to the casino does not have any cons besides it only benefiting those with an addiction.

Ever hit that travel button and realize you forgot money? Or maybe you're traveling back to torn but forgot to buy anything!? A great solution to this would be a small-time period (maybe 5 minutes), where you are "boarding" the plane, and you still have the option to abort your travel plans. Travel times could still be the same with the boarding times inclusive...and if you do decide to abort, then you have to wait five minutes (which you can be attacked) - a small penalty compared to the full travel time.
