what would you do with 1b and describe the process!

I'm gonna add to the question it's still the same amount of money but you have 3 scenarios to choose from explain the process on how you would mitigate or work with the scenario.
I'll add more as the forum develops!
Popular opinion just RR it >:)

1. You just got 1b from the lottery you're level 25 and now you have tons of muggers camping you for your sweet winnings what do you do your faction is almost inactive your stats barely match your level but you own a PI - without upgrades.

2. a friend is leaving torn so he gave you 1b to work with but he's coming back in a couple months your both lvl 40s and have decent stat's for your lvls muggers are uncommon occurrences in this scenario.

3. You're walking along the streets of torn and find a pair of boxing gloves and!!! A skateboard you're level 30 your still renting a PI And you work for a *3 flower shop you are not in any faction mugging isn't often but buy mugging is.

Would you guys like to see more features added to torns notorious church? I believe everyone does I know everyone wants the praying and donations to actually do something so I'm here to ask the citizens of torn to voice what the would want added the church personally I feel like as the pope this is a thread I should make.

I started flying and I got a large suitcase and a PI now what do I want to be doing to be effectively making money to A. Afford rent B. Have extra spending money to buy stat enhancing items and C. Start a good pile of savings in stocks - to store my money safely
