Well, I'll explain a bit more. I am thinking of making a Torn inspired comic for the Torn City Times. Now not just any comic making fun of Torn City's logic or gameplay. I mean a fully-fledged, story-driven comic with a plotline and characters, with protagonists and antagonists, a big threat that has to be overcome and once the full comic is finished, a small strip of the comic is released every 3 days until the completion of the issue.
I plan on making the main protagonist a person from outside Torn City moving over (for whatever reasons) working within a detective agency, barely passing every week on his rather crap pay compared to the criminals out on the streets. I haven't made a plot yet, but I plan on having big name Torn players (if they wish so) and popular NPCs such as The Duke if they happen to be relevant to the plot.
So, what you guys think? I cannot tell you I will actually pull it off as I can be pretty busy IRL at times, or might just abandon the project altogether.

I really like the first Portal. The gameplay isn't very challenging and I was able to complete it in a few hours, even as an idiot. The real find comes from speedrunning it or doing the challenge mode such as fewest steps/portals. I don't intend to post my progress on speedrun.com, but trying to beat my own personal timer is a fun challenge.
I haven't tried the second one yet, but I might buy it during a sale after I get gold on all the challenges.

I am not even close to being in the endgame, but I think a man is allowed to dream.
After some research, I think the best dex build for defending (theoretically) comes equipped with a full Vanguard Set, a RW slow primary, a RW utility secondary such as disarm, warlord or another effect depending on what you need to do, and a handbag allowing to carry 2 smoke grenades. Those 2 smoke grenades if not stacked on top of each other, could last 5 minutes, which is how long a fight can last before a stalemate. I understand this build costs literal 10s of billions, but it's all theoretical, fun to think about and sort of gives me a goal to work towards, even if its impossibly difficult and expensive to achieve.
If such a madman were to create this build, how are they supposed to get the dumb-f**k AI to space out the grenades so the effects don't overlap? A human opponent could brute force their way through enough rounds so the AI uses another smoke grenade and wait out the 120-180 seconds and leave enough time for them to attack without debuffs.
As far as I can see, there isn't a good way to do it at all, best you can do is slow down the opponent during a war and hope a faction mate can knock the attacker out before they finish the fight. Otherwise, you are better off using another melee altogether.
