As the title says, Torn city should have scratch cards.
I think there should be a 1 casino token cost - and a £1000 charge for the card. Win prizes by matching 3 symbols on a 9 x 9 square. (maybe use the same symbols as the slot machine does) with the prizes for matching the symbols being relative to the slot machine wins on a 1k bet.
and a jackpot prize of 100 million, - with maybe a 1 in 500 thousand chance of winning the jackpot
this could be run as a "time limited" event in the casino - or the percentage for payout could be worked out some other way.
Please note - i haven't fleshed this out - and if people wish to make their comments - the best ideas will be put in here. to flesh this out with.
when an event occurrs such as being hospitalised i have noticed since the DDos, that the page isn't refreshing properly, and event notifications are delayed and do not appear untill you refresh the page or load a new one.
only indication at the moment is that the hospital chat window suddenly appears,
I think that it is unfair that new players that cannot be attacked should be allowed into territory wars, as there is no possible way to remove them from the field this can be exploited too easily...
Suggestion - Player gets a prompt. If the new player that cannot be attacked wishes to join the territory war, they should be given an option - keep protection (Don't join) or lose protection (Join in)
This will allow the other faction the possibility of winning, if a faction sends in all new players straight away the defending faction cannot win the battle.... or defend itself
generally, it shows up after a certain number of icons appear in the bar, but i think they have looked at it and adjusted the css on the issue already as i haven't seen it for a few days.
Revamp: - Blackjack: add PVP so we can play against up to 3 other players.
New: Casino Bingo: Player vs House: - multiple players once every hour, 1 million cost for a board, prize pool dependant on number of entries, and all the usual rules of Bingo. Column | Row | Corners | Full Card.

THere waas a guy in my office that loved playing pranks and jokes on people but they were borderline stupid with a heavy side of annoying.
in the summer the company did a "moral boosting" training day, where the goal was to get everyone working as a team - and this day in paticular was bungee jumping...
So we all set out falling off the edge of the cliff, i had my go - got back to the top - it was fun.... and we all had 2 goes each...
i asked before the second round for the instructor to lay out a second rope, prior to the practical joker taking his turn and explained to him what was going to happen. and he allowed it...
So the office joker steps up - confident because he had already done it once and knew it was safe etc. he is attached to the ropw and starts to fall backwards arms crossed across his chest and when your falling backwards there is a point of no return, Just as he got to that point I leapt forward and grabbed the second rope that was untied and yelled "WAIT"
all we heard as he bungeed down was, shall we say the largest explosion of expletives possible.... and as he reached the end of his tether and bounced, we heard from somewhere down below as he was being pulled back up... "You Ba***rd" repeated several times mixed with the classic - "I'm gonna kill you" and other phrases of such nature...
When he finally got to the top, still tied to the rope - our HR manager decided to walk up to him, and said... That language is unacceptable in this office, and pushed him off again...
needless to say, my efforts that day stopped the annoyances of the practical joker for the rest of my time there at the office.
