I just wondered if any of you were playing Smite. The community, just like any MOBA's is pretty toxic so I prefer to play with chill people that won't start insulting everybody around them.
I'm not playing hardcore everyday, but I do a few matches a day when all is fine.

In those moments, I try to remember that liking someone's work doesn't mean you like the person themselves. Some people like the paintings that Hitler painted, but that doesn't make them nazis...
Back on Kevin Spacey, what bothers me greatly is the way he came out. He's accused of sexual assault and what does he do? Come out. It's insult to all LGBT+ folks that fight everyday so that people don't mistake them for some kind of criminal or offender.
I do believe he is guilty and should pay for his crimes now that the truth came out. His sexuality has nothing to do with what he did, so he should just leave it out of the matter.
I honestly don't think this is the worst of them. Her attitude is the worst, and metal just doesn't seem to belong in those kind of shows, which is a shame.
I'm not exactly new anymore (I mean, 12 days, is that new still?) and I'm more likely looking for advice and tools rather than money. Especially since people are gonna be allowed to attack me in a few days and I'm not sure I'm prepared. Feel free to hit me up with advice :)
I understand the fear of scoring positive on a disease... but it's still better to get it checked, have a diagnose, even if it's bad, and then try and fix it. You have more chances to live "normally" and healthy if you are treated for any ailment you might have.
It's usually the sooner, the better. I can't say I know what it is to fear having cancer. I'm too young for that (or so I hope), but I've had my share of issues.
To give you a personal example, twice in my life, I had "late" diagnose. I lived 6 months with an undiagnosed hyperthyroidism (autoimmune disease). I was only 18, so I had 18 months of treatment to "stop" the disease. Unfortunately, it came back last year and I got my thyroid removed.
The other one is a more serious case. Since I'm a teenager, I've been complaining about abdomen pain. My mum always told me that since I'm a girl, it was normal. Period. She is a nurse, so I trusted her words. Last year, the pain got worse and worse, until I could feel a hard buldge in my abdomen. Only then did my mum take me to a doctor. I had 14 cm wide cyst. I let you imagine how bad it was. Because of that, I got to do a scan and it revealed a lot of cyst all inside my abdomen. I have a second surgery planned next week and let me tell you that if I had been diagnosed five year prior, I wouldn't have gone to all of this. I hope I'm not ranting.
So please, get a diagnose, even if it turns out to be positive, at least you'll be on time to take care of it!
I think it depends on taste as well as cultures. I personally don't mind it, but since I am a child, when we eat raclette, we put a slice of ham, then pineapple, then cheese. So I guess it somehow makes sense to me to put pinapple on a pizza, especially if it has ham and cheese.
In the end, it's still a matter of taste, but I think everyone should try it once, just for the experience. I mean, it's not like you're asked to eat frogs and snails ;)
I'm finishing my master this year (hopefully!) and to be honest... it's hell. I chose one of the hardest universities in my country and it has really high expectations and does a wonderful job at breaking students throughout their studies.
However, the diploma is worth quite a lot on the job market. And the education I'll have gained from it will be worth it.
Considering that in my country, studying is rather cheap compared to anglo-saxon universities, I guess studying is the best choice more often than not.
