To help give me a head start in the game i Purchased two donation packs, one for myself and another to trade. I advertised it on the Trade Chat room, and Potion Seller agreed to purchase this off me for 27 million dollars.
We did the trade, me being a newbie. Sent him the Donation pack without the money being received. He has since then blocked me.
I'd just like to say a big thank you to everyone here, apart from Potion_Seller of course, after spending a little bit of real-life cash to try and kick-start my game I was quite annoyed that an experienced player would take advantage of my naivety and inexperience. Realising my mistake I asked for the remainder of the funds owed by Potion_seller but was then simply blocked. It really was just a kick a teeth.
Coming to the forum's was really just me venting my frustration, That said Torn community has really come through and helped me, a lot more than just the funds. Of which I have had over twice the funds owed gifted to me from honest and kind folk here. I've had people messaging me advising me how to invest these funds, to help me move into better property and give me lessons on how to quickly stack up my points through the gym, and using boosters for my happiness. #

The response of the Torn Community to this low life Potion_seller scams has totally outweighed and been more beneficial than what it would have been if I wasn't scammed. What a fantastic welcome to the forums and to the community.
That was 2 years ago, overall the squad has developed a lot since then, plus they have a new manager. It's very different team that got beaten by Iceland.

The correct thing would be to pay out the winnings for those who chosen Russia to win. If this blooper happened at a real bookies, they would have to pay out.
If a mistake happens then pay for it, and make amendments so it's more clear next time.

every time I go onto a players profile and click of the incon to place bounties I get redirected to the home page and have to log in again. Happens via a number of profiles. Was working earlier. Please fix as I can’t wait to use all my bounties on my not much of a friend Zachjuv
I’ll fly when I’m unable to play the game, when I’m going or for dinner, stuck doing my day job, walking the dogs. Life doesn’t resolve around torn. Torn resolves around my life. I am fairly used to arranging flight times based on when I want to come online. Every night before bed I fly to UAE so I’m landed when I wake up. I’ve noticed there’s always plushies around 8am Torn Time which is when I wake up. I’ll buy plushies then use all my E on muggings, then fly back to Torn. Whilst flying I’ll drive to work, do 3 hours at work then have a 5 min break to train, take Xanax, sell stuff, bank some money and then continue flying whilst I get back to work.
