I got the ladder, and tried to "fall in the well" again but it just takes me down to under the rocks you enter to go up to the well again.

EDIT:  I went back home, refilled e and nerve to 10.  when I got back in the dungeon I could access both switches with a walkaround.  I spent way too much time thinking there was supposed to be an NPC when you enter the well, haha, that I missed the rat next to the wood top right.  got yacht access and finished the quest.

I have a few observations....ED as annoying as he tried to be, wasnt half as annoying as Dude, if thats what he got the recognition for...I would have thought Sharkey deserved some recognition, more than some who were....
