I recently got this mission from Duke. Attack the guy, interrogate him and get the safe combination. Have defeated him twice bit each time it says that he refuses to give up the safe combination. Does anyone know how many times I have to defeat him before he gives the combination?

Presumably the people selling fruitcakes on the item-market obtained them from somewhere, does it require overseas travel to get a fruitcake? Where do they originally come from?

I'd burn the capchas that keep popping up every time I go to the gym. Is it a 7 or a 1, it's always the one I don't click on. I'm there to pump some iron, not try to interpret some piece of crappy modrn art.

I supppose that if it gets to 12 hours on the auction and the price is still low,I could make a forum post on the trading forum to try to attract bidders.

 

I found a Goodie Bag today, I decided that I would rather have the cash than the energy boosts at this stage of my Torn career, but couldn't decide whether to put it on the Item Market or the Auction House. Eventually decided on the auction house, but no bids yet in the first few hours. Was the Auction House the right choice for something of this sort or would Item Market have been better?

I'm now 76 days old. For the first few days I was spending most of my energy on searching the dump, but then I read a few tutorials and guides and realised that was a very inneficient way to make money so started buying lollipos and plushies from the store and selling them on the item market and earning experience from attacking inactive players to get to level 15 so that I could travel. I was invited to a faction which I joined but their main focus was on chaining which didn't really fit with my skills and playstyle so I left that faction and found one which focussed on travel with associated item carry bonuses. Currently making most of my money from travel, mainly I go to the UK and bring back plushies or flowers. I'm spending most of my energy on training at the gym and am renting a PI. I usually hide most of my cash at the bookies and a couple of times I've forgot to take the money out before the betting has ended, Luckily both times I won the bet.

I found a can of X-Mass Energy Drink yesterday (Sold for $4.3m)

Today I found a "Goodie Bag" (Estimated value $38m) which I've put on the Auction House. I'm not sure whether it would have been better just to sell it on the Item Market.

I hadn't done much searching the city map until the last few days, I think I will check it daily from now on.
