Here at The Corporation we thrive on creating friendships and bonds from individuals from all over the world. We always try to maintain a welcoming, positive, fun and safe environment for all our team members as well as for our discord. Our discord is active and free for anyone to ask for help or any other things that might be on your mind. Along with a fun place to chat and get together, you will also find fun activities along with give-a-ways for our members to be a part of. Being a team member of The Corporation means making friends and being a part of our growing family.
Not too long ago we reached our first major milestone as a faction, hitting 1 million respect. With this achievement it means that we are now looking to expand and reach higher than before. With a core of dedicated and active players, we believe that we can make that happen. With that in mind, we are now looking to fill our missing link with more players committed to becoming the best such as you reading this. Things are never easy but with everyone's help and commitment we will achieve great things.
Along with friends, there are perks to be had when joining our faction. Our perks do rotate depending on faction needs. Sometimes the perks are set up for happy jumps. Other times they are set for training gym stats, training nerve or any of the other perks. One consistent perk that never changes is the travel perk. So do not fret any team player that makes their money from flying as we want you to make that wallet bigger as well. This way we can work in all of our different members play styles of this game.
For all those list lovers out there, here is a list of the things we offer:
- Armoury access for weapons and armour;
- Boosters such as sweets and alcohol;
- Drugs for whatever your needs may be;
- Xanaxs for chains;
- Vault storage for your money if needed (we do have ways to ensure the members always get their money when they need it and it's very secure);
- Help and information from a list of players with plenty of knowledge.
Now for the list of what we require from you:
- Preferred if you have a PI or donator status (if you do not have one of those, that is okay as long as it's in your future plans of getting either one) ;
- Activity. As mentioned we are an active faction so we need active members;
- Participation in chains. This is a big one. We have minimum required hits for chains;
- War. If we end up in a war, we will need everyone on board to fight back;
- Discord is a must as we post announcements and that is where we do our give-a-ways;
- YATA is also mandatory. Super simple to login and a great help for the faction;
- Communication is a major necessity for a growing faction. We understand life happens and as long as things are communicated with us, we will understand;
- Have fun. Simply put this is a game and we want every one to have fun playing it.

I cannot train/update/fire or change employees job. I know that i am not the only one having this problem, just wanted to know if there is anyone else with this too. here it is

You get mails from us explaining everything, you knew we were warring, and you dont care, you come in, dont pay attention, steal the bonus hit to do a damn Duke mission on a person without a faction and a mugg. What more reason do i need? I didnt kick you for the chat thing, you guys are big boys and can work that amongs yourselves. And then you didnt make a single hit or effort to help during the war. And kept flying and whatever. Thats plenty of reason to kick, im sorry if you cannot understand it, have a good day/night."
If you dont care about your peers and your faction family, then we will not tolerate having you in our faction. To get respect, you have to earn respect. And unfortunately you definitely did not respect us. Aside from a faction manager saying that, talk with them, if they said something you did not like. You put this on yourself. Family helps each other, not literally fuc**** them.
For sure, you can message me anytime. I do believe it would be in your interest to join a (more advanced) faction at least for the beginning of the game. Facrions have perks and faction mates provide advice on how to advance in the game.
